A fun and easy dessert featuring crunchy egg rolls filled with creamy Oreo goodness, made guilt-free in the air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 10 Oreos (regular or double-stuffed)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened, or mascarpone as a substitute)
- 10 egg roll wrappers
- 2 tbsp butter (melted, or light oil as a swap)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- In a bowl, crush the Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, add a couple of spoonfuls of the Oreo mixture to the center, fold up the bottom corner, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a bit of water.
- Lightly brush the outside of each roll with melted butter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Place the rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Don’t overfill the rolls and serve them fresh for the best taste. You can freeze unbaked rolls for up to a month.
