Ingredients

Instructions
- Prep Your Rice: If using fresh rice, cook and let it cool to avoid stickiness.
- Mix It Up: Combine rice, veggies, beaten eggs, protein, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Air Fry Time: Preheat air fryer to 370°F (188°C) and add the rice mixture.
- Cook Away: Air fry for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway for even cooking.
- Finish It Off: Sprinkle with chopped green onions and drizzle with sesame oil if using.
Notes
Use day-old rice for best results. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer for crispy texture.
