Crispy and crunchy Air Fryer Fried Pickles that satisfy your cravings. A delightful appetizer perfect for parties.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Dill pickle slices
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (or gluten-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Drain the pickles and pat them dry with paper towels.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, and seasonings.
  4. Dip each pickle slice in the egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat in the dry mixture.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the coated pickles in a single layer in the basket and spray the tops with more cooking spray.
  7. Air fry at 370°F for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through cooking.

Notes

Serve warm with ranch, spicy mayo, or BBQ sauce. You can coat pickles ahead of time and store in the fridge until ready to fry.
