Description

Delicious and crunchy air fryer banana chips coated with cinnamon and a touch of sweetness, perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar or honey (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Oil spray (olive or coconut oil)


Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  2. In a large bowl, combine banana slices with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sweetener. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Once crispy and golden, remove from the basket and allow to cool completely for extra crunch.

Notes

For best results, slice bananas evenly and don’t skip the lemon juice to prevent browning.
