Description
Deliciously crispy potatoes made in just 15 minutes in an air fryer, perfect as a side dish or snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound potatoes (baby, russet or Yukon gold)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Wash and scrub the potatoes. If using larger ones, chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, toss diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for golden brown and crispy texture after 12 minutes, and cook longer if necessary.
Notes
To achieve even crispiness, cut potatoes uniformly and avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Soaking diced potatoes in cold water before cooking can also enhance crispiness.
