Ingredients
- Large Tortillas (whole wheat, corn, or gluten-free)
- Canned Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
- Fresh Spinach
- Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
- Avocado
- Spices (cumin, chili powder, garlic powder)
- Salsa
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping your veggies.
- Warm the tortillas in a pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Spread black beans across the center of each tortilla.
- Add spinach, halved tomatoes, and diced avocado atop the beans.
- Sprinkle your spices over the top.
- Drizzle with salsa.
