Description

Quick and satisfying vegan burrito wraps ready in just 10 minutes, loaded with beans, fresh veggies, and spices.


Ingredients

  • Large Tortillas (whole wheat, corn, or gluten-free)
  • Canned Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
  • Fresh Spinach
  • Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • Avocado
  • Spices (cumin, chili powder, garlic powder)
  • Salsa


Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping your veggies.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
  3. Spread black beans across the center of each tortilla.
  4. Add spinach, halved tomatoes, and diced avocado atop the beans.
  5. Sprinkle your spices over the top.
  6. Drizzle with salsa.
  7. Fold the sides of the tortilla in first, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
